Tenmile Peak Southeast Face
This is a steep S-SE facing slope with some huge cliffs to threaten it. If you drop in from the peak you will be angling skier’s left to avoid a big deadly cliff band, and if you fall or trigger a slough or small slide during that time you could very well go over it. The possible drop in points along the ridge can vary depending on how it’s filled in, so get a good look at your line from down below before you even think of attempting this route. There are more big cliffs down below you to the skier’s left, sometimes with manageable chutes in them. Avoid them by angling to the skier’s right, or enjoy some small chutes and drops if they’re filled in along the edge of the cliff band.
