Mt. Bethel Interstate Gully
This South-Southeast chute off Mt. Bethel poses a huge threat to I-70. The fact that there are wind fences along the West side of Mt Bethel to keep the snow out of this gully should tell you a lot about the hazard. Never ski this line when there is any possibility of causing an avalanche that would endanger the people on the road below you!
