Mt. Sniktau Southeast Face
The Southeast Face of Mt. Sniktau can be accessed from Loveland Pass, by hiking the ridge from the top. You’ll be able to see the zone from the ridge that approaches the summit from the South. Be sure to scout your line and make sure it’s filled in and safe. After you ski the line you can either climb back out or take the easier and safer exit which involves following the drainage down until you get to the Bakerville exit of I-70. No matter how you cut it, it’s pretty remote. Hopefully you left a car at the exit to shuttle back up.
