Mexican Hat
This difficult-to-access couloir can be recognized by therock seen on the ridge when looking up from below, which can look like a sombrero, hence the "Mexican Hat." It’s an avalanche chute that drops down into a big terrain trap that can trigger from above once you’re out of the couloir. This line should be approached with extreme caution. It usually doesn't fill in well compared to other lines in the area.
