Be wary of a cornice on this steep North facing avalanche chute. Scout it from the bottom to be sure it’s filled in all the way. Many people recommend climbing the chute instead of hiking the ridge to access it. Careful snow pack evaluation and great timing would be crucial for skiing this avalanche-prone couloir.
