Jones Brothers Chutes
These avalanche chutes come down NE from UN12085 to just near the Winter parking area for Jones Pass. The skier's left chute is the wide one that comes down to the path. Skier's right chute is very narrow and clogged with trees; it doesn't ski much like a chute. The path below the chutes is a highly used route for skinners and snowmobilers, so it would be highly irresponsible to ski this line when there is the threat of an avalanche, as you could bury innocent passersby.
